La Villa in La Friche de Belle de Mai
I am staying in the villa or "La villa" as it's called in French. It's more like a dorm consisting of 3 floors each one having different separate rooms and a shared toilet, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I'm staying in the 2nd floor which is really nice. It's a bit scary at night as you feel like in one of those big houses in the horror films :)

The villa is located in "La Friche La Belle de Mai" in Belle de Mai district. It was a tobacco factory in the past but nowadays it's one of the biggest cultural places in Marseille. There are always screenings, performances and cultural events taking place in it.
The office of ZINC/ECM is also located in La Friche besides many other offices. There is also a yard for skateboarding where you can find dozens of young people skating. One of the most distinguish thing I noticed in the place or even in Marseille in general is the Graffiti and the hip hop culture in general.
